One of the most highly-charged derbies in world football takes place at the San Siro on Sunday as Inter Milan take on city rivals AC Milan.
Fifth-placed Inter have been in indifferent league form as of late, with one win in their last four matches.
In contrast, AC are unbeaten this year as five victories and one draw has led them to third place in the table.
Inter snatched a 1-0 triumph against their enemies when the two teams met in October.
The hosts will be without Diego Milito, who was recently ruled out for the rest of the season with a serious knee injury.
Milan striker Mario Balotelli is likely to start against his former club, while Sulley Muntari is also expected to feature following his midweek heroics against Barcelona in the Champions League.
