The agent of AC Milan forward Alexandre Pato has insisted that his client will stay at the San Siro this summer.
The Brazilian, who was plagued by injuries last season, came close to agreeing a move to Paris Saint-Germain during the January transfer window.
Les Parisiens' boss Carlo Ancelotti is still rumoured to be interested, however Pato's agent Gilmar Veloz has now said that the 22-year-old will honour his contract with Milan.
"He could have joined PSG in January, but that didn't happen in the end and it is something of the past now," Veloz told Tuttomercatoweb.com. "He will remain at Milan and is happy to stay at the club.
"Alexandre has a contract until June 2014 and is still a Milan player. He still has two more years left on his deal, so there's no reason to talk about an extension just yet.
"He's very calm. He's focusing on the Olympics now and will then return to Milan where he will become a key player again."
Pato, who has scored seven goals in 19 appearances for Brazil, joined the Rossoneri from Internacional in 2007.
