Argentina legend Diego Maradona has said that his country's chances of winning the World Cup are "bleak".
The South Americans will be looking to book their place in the semi-finals of the tournament when they face Belgium later today.
Despite reaching the quarter-finals, Maradona has not been impressed by their recent displays and believes that they played better football during his time in charge four years ago.
"It seems to me that Argentina today has no idea," he told Spanish newspaper AS. "In the first half against Switzerland the team did not have one chance.
"My team were a lot more offensive than this one. It looks bleak for us if I'm honest.
"I wish the team played differently, that it exploited all the ability its players have."
Argentina's quarter-final tie against Belgium will kick off at 5pm today at the Estadio Nacional in Brasilia.
