Goals from Robert Lewandowski, Thomas Muller and David Alaba have given Bayern Munich a 3-0 lead over Arsenal at the break this evening.
The hosts started the game brightly, as Alaba tested Arsenal keeper Petr Cech with an effort from outside the penalty area, before Douglas Costa fired wide from distance.

Bayern opened the scoring on 10 minutes, when Thiago launched a ball in the direction of Lewandowski, who headed past Cech from four yards.
Arsenal believed that they had scored an equaliser just two minutes later as Mesut Ozil bundled the ball into the net, but the referee disallowed the goal as the midfielder was deemed to have handled the ball.
The hosts almost doubled their lead soon after, Cech parrying a Lewandowski header away for a corner, before a curling strike from the Polish striker was stopped by the former Chelsea man.

Bayern netted their second goal on 29 minutes, when Kingsley Coman found Muller in the centre of the Arsenal box, before the German forward fired past Cech.
Pep Guardiola's side dominated the remainder of the half, as Muller forced a low save from Cech, before the Czech keeper tipped a volley over the bar from the World Cup-winning forward.
