Arsenal's Petr Cech has suggested that the balance of youth and experience will drive the club to success next season.
The 33-year-old signed for the Gunners in an £11m switch from Chelsea, and he believes that there is a high level of desire in the dressing room to kick on from their FA Cup win last year to achieve more in the Premier League and Champions League.
The goalkeeper told the club's official website: "We have a good balance in the team. We have players with a lot of experience and we have young players who want to prove their value by being a part of the first-team squad and playing as much as possible.
"There are hungry players, there are experienced players and in terms of the age category we have a good balance. We hope to use that to our advantage."
Arsenal open their Premier League campaign against West Ham United on August 9.
