Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal have released a joint statement condemning the abusive chanting during yesterday's North London derby.
Managers Harry Redknapp and Arsene Wenger were the targets of the chants, as was Spurs striker Emmanuel Adebayor.
"Both clubs were extremely disappointed to hear the chants from supporters at yesterday's game," read a statement on both club's official websites. "Neither club tolerates foul language, racist chanting, homophobic chanting or any anti-social behaviour from its supporters.
"We shall be working closely with each other to identify the individuals involved."
The match ended 2-1 in favour of Spurs.
