Arsenal midfielder Granit Xhaka has said that new Gunners boss Unai Emery has 'really helped him on a tactical level' since arriving at the Emirates Stadium.
Xhaka, 26, was widely criticised during his first two seasons at Arsenal but has impressed for the London club in the early stages of the 2018-19 campaign.
The Swiss international has credited Emery for bringing on his game this term and has vowed to continue improving as the Gunners look to build on their nine-game winning run in all competitions.
"On a tactical level, the manager has really helped me," Xhaka told the Daily Mail. "We needed some time to get to know the character and philosophy of the new manager. It is going well and I am improving, but we can still improve."
Arsenal are back in Premier League action at home to Leicester City on October 22.
