How Arsenal could line up against Crystal Palace

Ahead of Saturday's Premier League fixture between Crystal Palace and Arsenal, Sports Mole looks at how the Gunners could line up at Selhurst Park.

Arsenal visit Crystal Palace in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon looking to maintain their 100% start to 2020.

After getting the better of Manchester United on New Year's Day, the Gunners recorded a hard-fought victory over Leeds United in the FA Cup earlier this week.

However, with the club sitting in 10th position in the standings, the top flight remains Mikel Arteta's priority ahead of the meeting at Selhurst Park.

Here, Sports Mole predicts how Arsenal may line up for the game against the Eagles.

While Arteta opted for a strong starting lineup against Leeds, changes will still be made for the upcoming encounter.

After being rested for the meeting with the Championship side, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang will return on the left flank, with Alexandre Lacazette expected to keep his place down the middle.

Nicolas Pepe could feature on the right, while Mesut Ozil is in line to continue in the number 10 role having made a positive impression since Arteta's arrival.

Lucas Torreira is expected to get the nod ahead of Matteo Guendouzi, leaving Dani Ceballos to remain on the substitutes' bench.

Ainsley Maitland-Niles may be preferred at right-back, likely resulting in Rob Holding dropping down to the replacements.

Hector Bellerin is pushing for a recall to the squad after a month out with a hamstring injury.
