Bayern Munich want Laurent Koscielny to replace the outgoing Daniel van Buyten, according to reports.

Bayern Munich have been linked with a move for Arsenal centre-back Laurent Koscielny.

The 27-year-old has become a mainstay of the Gunners' backline this season, keeping out club captain Thomas Vermaelen.

The Bavarians are understood to be scouting a replacement for Daniel van Buyten, who is expected to leave the club at the end of the season.

Barcelona were linked with a move for Koscielny during Pep Guardiola's final term at the Camp Nou, and The Mirror believes that the Spaniard will still keen when he takes over at the Allianz Arena.

The French international arrived in North London from Ligue 1 side Lorient in 2010.
