Chelsea striker Salomon Kalou intends to leave Stamford Bridge on a free transfer this summer, according to reports.
Kalou, who is fulfilling his international duties in the African Cup of Nations, is not expected to return to Stamford Bridge this month. However, it is understood that he has dismissed reports of a winter exit, according to The Mirror.
With his contract due to expire at the end of the season, the Ivorian is expected to draw interest from up to ten clubs, including Premier League sides Tottenham, Liverpool and Everton.
The Blues have not entirely given up hope of re-signing the Ivory Coast international, but understand that the 26-year-old is eager to play regular first-team football.
