Juventus full-back Stephan Lichtsteiner insists that his proposed move to Arsenal on a free transfer has not yet been completed.

Juventus full-back Stephan Lichtsteiner has insisted that his proposed move to Arsenal is not yet complete.

The 34-year-old will become a free agent once his contract in Turin expires this summer, and Arsenal are thought to be on the verge of agreeing a one-year deal to bring him to the Emirates Stadium.

However, Lichtsteiner has revealed that he is yet to come to terms with the Gunners, and admitted that anything can happen until he puts pen to paper.

"Nothing is finished yet. I cannot comment on the negotiations," he told reporters in Switzerland.

"As long as nothing is completed, that is always interesting in football. I think we all know that."

Lichtsteiner is part of Switzerland's preliminary squad for this summer's World Cup, where he could win his 100th cap for his country.
