Arsenal are reportedly weighing up a move for Sassuolo full-back Mert Muldur as a possible replacement for Hector Bellerin.
The Gunners are expected to sanction Bellerin's exit this summer, with Atletico Madrid and Inter Milan believed to be interested.
That would leave manager Mikel Arteta with Calum Chambers and Cedric Soares to choose from on the right side of defence, while Ainsley Maitland-Niles can also play there if required.
According to The Athletic, though, Arteta is keen to bring in another player in that position, and Muldur is someone who fits the bill.
The Turkey international is said to have been monitored by Arsenal for the past year, and the North London side will make their move should Bellerin depart.
However, the same report indicates that Muldur, who also played at left-back for his country at Euro 2020, may also be on Napoli and Atalanta BC's radar.
