Tomas Rosicky to be offered conditional Arsenal extension

Tomas Rosicky will be given a contract extension at Arsenal if he makes a set number of appearances this season.

Arsenal will reportedly offer Tomas Rosicky a new one-year contract extension should he meet the required number of games played to earn it.

The Czech's current deal at the Emirates Stadium expires in the summer and he is yet to agree fresh terms with the Gunners, having endured a largely injury-plagued spell in North London.

However, Rosicky will be given a new 12-month deal at the end of the season should he play in 25 matches this term, according to Goal.com.

Rosicky, who is in his seventh year at the club, has already made 11 appearances this campaign, with eight of them coming from the start.

Rosicky, who last signed a new contract in 2012, joined Arsenal from Borussia Dortmund in 2006.
