Luis Suarez says that he has "two or three" options this summer but is happy to be linked with a move to Arsenal.

Liverpool striker Luis Suarez has revealed that he has "two or three" options regarding his playing future this summer.

The Uruguayan is widely expected to leave Anfield over the coming months after telling the club in recent weeks that he wants to go, and has since been linked with the likes of Real Madrid and Bayern Munich.

However, after rumours that Arsenal made an unsuccessful £30m bid for the player, Suarez is happy to be attracting clubs such as the Gunners as he assesses the possibilities.

"This is in the future. You never know what's going to happen. A phone call could change my plans," Suarez he told a radio station in Uruguay.

"I am talking with my agent and I always have my phone with me in case anything develops."

When asked about Arsenal's interest, Suarez said: "It's good to know that after everything that's happened, teams in England still value me as a footballer.

"There are several options. There are two or three interested clubs and Liverpool know about this."

Suarez scored 30 goals in 44 appearances for Liverpool last season.
