Didier Drogba hails Serge Aurier

Didier Drogba brands Ivory Coast teammate Serge Aurier "the best right-back in all of France".

Didier Drogba has branded Ivory Coast teammate Serge Aurier "the best right-back in all of France".

Aurier, who currently represents Toulouse, provided two assists last night as his country recorded a 2-1 win over Japan in their World Cup opener.

Arsenal have been strongly linked with a move for the full-back, and Drogba believes that his countryman would thrive in England.

"He's the best right-back in all of France," Drogba told FIFA's official website.

"I think he'll do well at the next level too, in the Premier League."

Arsenal have already lost Bacary Sagna to Manchester City this summer.
