Aston Villa defender Alan Hutton is reportedly close to joining Spanish outfit Real Mallorca on loan until the end of the season.
The 28-year-old has hardly featured for Villa this season with boss Paul Lambert opting to blood younger players in defence.
According to Sky Sports News, Hutton will travel to Spain on Tuesday to undergo a medical, with contract talks between all parties at an advanced stage.
It is understood that Mallorca will be given the option to sign the Scottish international on a permanent at the end of the season.
