Atletico Madrid have reportedly been hugely impressed with Kieran Trippier's work-rate since the defender joined the Spanish giants from Tottenham Hotspur.
The England international left Spurs during the summer to complete a switch to Atletico, with the capital outfit believed to have paid in the region of £20m to land the right-back.
According to the Daily Mail, Trippier immediately impressed his new teammates by excelling in the punishing pre-season methods of Atletico's fitness coach Oscar Ortega.
The report claims that Trippier has been described as a 'beast' by his new teammates, with the 28-year-old thriving in Ortega's demanding drills ahead of the start of the 2019-20 campaign.
Meanwhile, the same publication notes that the defender's willingness to learn Spanish has also gone down extremely well at the Wanda Metropolitano.
The former Manchester City youngster has played every minute of Atletico's three La Liga fixtures this season, helping Diego Simeone's side keep clean sheets in two of those matches.
