Barcelona striker Luis Suarez believes that his side were well worth their 3-1 win over Paris Saint-Germain at Camp Nou on Wednesday.
The victory sent Barca through as Group F winners having taken 15 points from six games, and the Uruguayan, who rounded off the scoring, felt that his team deserved the result.
"PSG are a great side. I think they played well but in the second half we were more relaxed, we controlled the game and with the 2-1 lead we could push on," he told reporters after the game.
"We will be at home in the second leg of the round of 16 and we know that as Barcelona you always have to try and finish top.
"We have improved as a group a lot. We know that together we can go places, and that's what we're doing."
Suarez's goal was his first at home since his £75m switch from Liverpool in the summer.
