Xavi tips Pep Guardiola for Barcelona return

Former Barcelona star Xavi says that Pep Guardiola will "choose the right moment" to return to the club.

Former Barcelona star Xavi has tipped Bayern Munich manager Pep Guardiola to one day rejoin the club.

Guardiola's contract with the German outfit is up next summer and his former charge believes that a move back to Spain could be on the cards.

"I enjoyed a very successful period with Pep at Barcelona and I know he'll choose the right moment to return to the club," Xavi told the club's website.

Guardiola, who has been touted as a future Manchester City manager, left the La Liga giants in 2012.
