Barcelona have reportedly been in contact with Real Betis to discuss a possible move for Marc Bartra.
The 30-year-old came through the famous La Masia academy and went on to make 103 first-team appearances for Barcelona before leaving for Borussia Dortmund in 2016.
Bartra then joined Real Betis in 2018 and has made 116 outings for the Green and Whites, including 10 appearances this season, and he helped his side record a 1-0 win over his former club at Camp Nou earlier this month.
The Spaniard only has a little over 18 months left to run on his current deal, though, and according to Sport, Barcelona want to bring him back to the club next year.
The report claims that the Catalan giants have already been in contact with Real Betis to discuss a return, although AC Milan are also believed to be showing an interest in his services.
Bartra, who has been capped on 14 occasions by Spain, won five La Liga titles, three Copa del Rey crowns and two Champions League trophies during his time in the Barcelona first team.
