Jupp Heynckes: No problem with Franck Ribery reaction

Bayern Munich Jupp Heynckes claims that he has no problem with Franck Ribery after receiving a negative reaction from the winger, who was replaced during the match against Basel.

Bayern Munich manager Jupp Heynckes has claimed that he has no problem with Franck Ribery's reaction to being substituted during Wednesday's clash with Basel.

Despite beginning the game brightly, the French winger struggled to make an impact during a difficult second half for the German side.

Ribery appeared to ignore Heynckes after he was subbed during the second half of Bayern's 1-0 first leg defeat in Switzerland.

Heynckes said: "It's natural when a player is substituted in a game of this importance that he is not going to be very happy."

Ribery has been at Bayern since June 2007.
