Belgium defender Jan Vertonghen has claimed that "France are a bit more complete than Brazil" ahead of Tuesday night's 2018 World Cup semi-final with Didier Deschamps's side.
Belgium booked their spot in the last four of this summer's competition by beating tournament favourites Brazil 2-1 at the Kazan Arena on Friday night.
France, meanwhile, eased into the semi-final stage with a 2-0 success over Uruguay on Friday afternoon.
Vertonghen has insisted that his team will have to play better than they did against Brazil if they are to book their spot in the final of the competition.
"I think France are a bit more complete than Brazil are. I think it will be harder to break them down," Tottenham Hotspur centre-back Vertonghen told reporters.
Belgium and France last locked horns in an international friendly back in June 2015, and it was the Red Devils that recorded a 4-3 win.
