Real Betis midfielder Dani Ceballos has admitted that "it would be nice to play in Europe", amid speculation that Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid are both interested in signing the 20-year-old.
Ceballos, who is currently with the Spain Under-21s squad at the Under-21 European Championships in Poland, is believed to have a £10.5m release clause inserted into his current Betis contract.
The Spaniard is just two league appearances short of 100 for Betis, and he has vowed to focus on the remainder of the Under-21 European Championships before considering his future.
"I have three years left of my contract but it would be nice to play in Europe," Ceballos is quoted as saying by Estadio Deportivo.
"I am aware there are a number of teams interested in me and I know that the current market exists, but I have a contract at Betis and I'm solely focused on the European Championships. I have people around who make sure that I keep my feet on the ground, it is fundamental to have humility and focus on work."
Ceballos, who spent time in the Sevilla youth system, joined Betis from Utrera in 2011.
