Birmingham City manager Lee Bowyer's position has reportedly come under threat.
Uncertainty is reportedly growing in the Blues camp, with the English boss said to have failed to impress the club hierarchy this term.
According to Football Insider, Bowyer is now fighting for his job with the board reportedly considering dismissing the Englishman even before the end of the current season.
In his first full season as manager of Birmingham, the 45-year-old currently sees his team sat 20th in the Championship with four games to go, albeit having already preserved their second-tier status for another campaign.
Such a performance comes after his appointment late last season, as he guided the club he previously captained away from relegation to League One in the final months of the term.
The Blues have now lost two consecutive matches in the Championship and head to Blackpool on Monday in their bid to return to winning ways.
