Birmingham City reveal that they have handed free transfers to four members of their first-team squad.

Birmingham City have further reduced their first-team squad by handing free transfers to four players.

The most notable exit is striker Marlon King, who has been the club's top goalscorer for the past two seasons.

Also leaving St Andrew's will be midfielder Darren Ambrose, who has failed to make a significant impact at the club since he left Crystal Palace.

Peter Lovenkrands and Hayden Mullins will also depart the Championship club as manager Lee Clark oversees an overhaul of his side ahead of next season.
