Blackburn are expected to lose a number of players following their relegation to the Championship, with Olsson a target for a number of Premier League clubs, according to The Mirror.
The Potters have reportedly emerged as the early favourites for the 23-year-old, however, as Tony Pulis attempts to revamp his squad.
Olsson has eight Swedish caps to his name.
