Blackpool have accepted a bid from Queens Park Rangers for striker DJ Campbell.
The 29-year-old Englishman, who scored 13 Premier League goals for the Seasiders last season, will now discuss personal terms with newly-promoted QPR.
Campbell joined Blackpool permanently early last season after two successful loan spells from Leicester.
If he does join, Campbell will be manager Neil Warnock's fourth summer signing and the first he has paid a transfer fee for since leading the West Londoners back into the Premier League.
Midfielder Kieron Dyer and defender Danny Gabbidon - who both left West Ham this summer - along with Striker Jay Bothroyd are all free arrivals at Loftus Road.
