Bradford City boss Phil Parkinson has reportedly turned down the chance to speak with Blackpool over the managerial vacancy at Bloomfield Road.
The Seasiders are currently looking for a new manager following Michael Appleton's departure to Blackburn Rovers on Friday.
Blackpool made an approach to hold talks with Parkinson on Thursday, but the 45-year-old has decided to stay at Valley Parade, according to reports.
Bradford have the chance to reach the Capital One Cup final a week on Tuesday when they travel to Aston Villa with a 3-1 first-leg lead in their semi-final tie.
