Burnley goalkeeper Tom Heaton has moved closer to a first-team return after taking part in a friendly at the club's training ground.
In September, Heaton sustained a shoulder injury during the club's 1-0 win over Crystal Palace in the Premier League, and the issue has kept the England stopper out of action for over five months.
Heaton made a return to light training in January but the 31-year-old has now successfully come through his first match between the sticks.
The Clarets goalkeeper conceded a penalty during the first minute of an encounter with Blackpool, but Burnley were able to end the game with a 1-1 draw.
Forward Chris Wood and midfielder Dean Marney also made their return from injury during the match.
