Fraser Forster says that Celtic have exceeded expectations by making it to the last 16 of the Champions League.

Celtic goalkeeper Fraser Forster has revealed that he is not fussed about who his side draw in the last 16 of the Champions League.

The Bhoys qualified behind Barcelona in Group G as runners-up after beating Spartak Moscow 2-1 at Celtic Park on Wednesday.

Having exceeded expectations already in the competition, Forster is adamant that the SPL champions will give anyone a game in the knockout stages.

"I'm delighted. We've worked hard as a group and got another fantastic result tonight. As a club we can be really proud. I think we've exceeded all expectations," said Forster.

"The manager is really pleased at the way the team's developed during this campaign. To be honest I thought Barcelona had gone ahead in the other game when we heard the crowd cheer in the first half.

"We're just delighted to be in the last 16. I think we'll take anyone. This is a tough place for anyone to come and we fancy our chances against anyone."

The draw for the last 16 takes place on December 20.
