Scottish champions Celtic are reportedly on the brink of bringing in Ukrainian winger Maryan Shved from Karpaty Lviv.
Hoops boss Brendan Rodgers confirmed his side's interest in the 21-year-old following the 4-0 win over St Mirren last week.
In a further update, Karpaty counterpart Fabriciano Gonzalez revealed at the weekend that it is now down to Celtic to get a deal over the line.
The Daily Record reports that Shved is on the brink of becoming Rodgers's fourth signing of the January window, as a transfer is near completion.
Celtic are working on finishing the formalities for the youngster, who has 14 goals in 35 games for Karpaty since arriving from Sevilla in 2017.
Once a deal is sorted, the Scottish Premiership leaders intend to send Shved straight back out on loan.
