Andre Villas-Boas is expected to play John Terry against Napoli despite the Chelsea captain's knee injury.

Chelsea manager Andre Villas-Boas is reportedly ready to throw John Terry into the fold for the Blues' Champions League meeting with Napoli tomorrow.

The club skipper has been absent for the former Premier League champions' last four matches as he continues to nurse a knee injury.

Despite Villas-Boas recently stating that the 31-year-old is only halfway back to fitness, the Portuguese boss is prepared to take the risk, according to The Mirror.

The former Porto manager is under increasing pressure following a number of disappointing results, including an FA Cup fifth round 1-1 draw with Birmingham City, which has forced a replay at St Andrew's.

Chelsea will go head to head with Napoli in the first leg of the round of 16 in Italy tomorrow.
