Ruud Gullit: 'Chelsea doing everything right'

Former Chelsea manager Ruud Gullit believes that the Blues are "doing everything right" and that it was crucial to bring Jose Mourinho back to Stamford Bridge.

Former Chelsea manager Ruud Gullit has sung his old club's praises, insisting that the Blues are "doing everything right" and that it was crucial to bring Jose Mourinho back to Stamford Bridge.

The West London outfit are five points clear at the top of the Premier League table following a 5-0 thrashing of Swansea City on Saturday.

Gullit, who managed Chelsea from 1996 to 1998, told BBC Sport: "It was fantastic to watch from Chelsea - they are doing everything right.

"This is the Chelsea I wanted to see and the Chelsea we did not see for a long time. It's the Chelsea Roman Abramovich wanted and it's why Jose Mourinho had to come back."

The Blues last won the Premier League in 2010.
