Chelsea captain John Terry is reportedly expected to accept the Football Association's four-match ban for racially abusing Queens Park Rangers defender Anton Ferdinand.
The 31-year-old was given a two-week period to respond to the sanction following the publication of the written reasons behind the FA's decision.
It is believed that Terry will not appeal his game ban after considering his options with his advisers, according to The Mirror.
The centre-back, who retired from international football last month, could begin his suspension when the Blues travel to Tottenham Hotspur on October 20.
