Fernando Torres: 'Samuel Eto'o is a genius'

Fernando Torres labels Samuel Eto'o a "genius" as the pair continue to compete for a spot in the Chelsea team.

Fernando Torres has called Chelsea teammate Samuel Eto'o a "genius" and insists that he has no problems with his fellow striker.

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has frequently changed which forward he prefers using this season, and Torres claims that he is comfortable working under the rotation policy.

"Mourinho has shown that everybody will get a chance and we've all been through the same thing. He likes to rotate the squad and shake up the team depending on the opposition," the Spaniard told Marca.

"It's great, [Eto'o is] a genius. He's doing what he's always done, scoring goals."

Torres and Eto'o will be in contention for a spot in the Chelsea team when they face Galatasaray on Wednesday.
