Chelsea striker Fernando Torres has been linked with a move to Russian side Anzhi Makhachkala.

Guus Hiddink's club are reportedly ready to table a bid of £45m for the Spanish striker, who has struggled to find form at Stamford Bridge.

Elsewhere, another ex-Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti is said be planning to swoop for Frank Lampard in a £12m deal that would bring the midfielder to Paris Saint-Germain, The Mirror reports.

Portuguese midfielder Raul Meireles has also been linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge, with Jose Mourinho said to be interested in bringing him to Real Madrid.

Chelsea are expected to lose Didier Drogba at the end of the season when his contract expires. Napoli strikers Edinson Cavani and Ezequiel Lavezzi have been tipped as possible replacements.
