Preview: Chelsea vs. Blackburn Rovers

Chelsea will have one eye on next weekend's Champions League final when they host relegated Blackburn in their final Premier League match of the season.

Unfortunately for Blackburn Rovers, Sunday's trip to Chelsea will be their last Premier League match for at least a year.

Steve Kean's side ended their 11-year stay in the top flight on Monday with a 1-0 defeat at home to Wigan Athletic.

Chelsea also have nothing to play for after their 4-1 mauling at the hands of Liverpool on Tuesday killed off their chances of finishing fourth.

However, Blues interim boss Roberto Di Matteo will be expected to rest a number of key players ahead of next Saturday's Champions League final against Bayern Munich at the Allianz Arena.

David Luiz and Gary Cahill have been ruled out for the hosts as they look to recover for next weekend, while David Dunn is a doubt for Rovers.

Current form:

Chelsea: WDDWLL
Blackburn: LLLWLL

Possible lineups:

Chelsea: Turnbull; Hutchinson, Ivanovic, Terry, Bertrand; Essien, Romeu, Meireles, Ramires; Lukaku, Sturridge

Blackburn: Robinson; Martin Olsson, Givet, Dann, Henley; Marcus Olsson, Nzonzi, Pedersen, Formica; Hoilett; Yakubu

Sports Mole says: 2-0
