AC Milan have reportedly identified Chelsea attacker Hakim Ziyech as a leading transfer target.
The 28-year-old was a regular for the Blues during the 2020-21 campaign, making 39 appearances in all competitions, contributing six goals and four assists in the process.
However, it is believed that Thomas Tuchel's side would be prepared to sell the Morocco international during this summer's transfer window if they received a suitable offer.
According to Calciomercato, Ziyech is a 'first-choice target' for the Italian giants, who are attracted by his ability to play in a number of different positions in the final third of the field.
The report claims that the two clubs, who share a strong relationship, are in dialogue over a possible deal for the former Ajax playmaker in the coming weeks.
Ziyech - also linked with Napoli - still has four years left to run on his contract at Stamford Bridge, and the Blues are said to be unprepared to allow him to leave for a cut-price fee.
