AC Milan are reportedly pushing to sign Hakim Ziyech on an initial loan from Chelsea with an option to buy the winger.
Ziyech failed to live up to his billing in his first season at Stamford Bridge, scoring six goals and assisting four more in 39 appearances.
The Morocco international has been tipped to depart Chelsea this summer, and Calciomercato claims that Milan are ready to offer the former Ajax man a route out of West London.
Milan have a good relationship with the Blues, having also signed Fikayo Tomori and Olivier Giroud on permanent deals from the Premier League side this window.
Stefano Pioli's side are looking to further strengthen in attacking midfield before the start of the new season following the departure of Hakan Calhanoglu to rivals Inter Milan.
Brahim Diaz this week extended his loan at San Siro from Real Madrid, but Pioli is said to be after at least one new addition to play off Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Giroud.
