Chelsea defender Alex is likely to snub Queens Park Rangers in favour of a move to Paris Saint-Germain.
The French club revealed this week that they were in talks with the centre-back over a proposed switch from Stamford Bridge.
Alex's agent, Giuliano Bertolucci, told L'Equipe: "We didn't receive any official offer from PSG. At the current stage, it is only talks, but they have started well. Alex has a big desire to join PSG."
The Brazilian international has been seeking a move away from the former Premier League champions after he submitted a transfer request last month.
