Chelsea consider the possibility of selling number one goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga this summer, according to a report.

Chelsea are reportedly considering the possibility of selling Kepa Arrizabalaga at the end of the season.

Kepa became the world's most expensive goalkeeper when he joined the Blues from Athletic Bilbao in the summer of 2018 for a figure in the region of £71m.

The Spain international has largely struggled to find consistency during his time at Stamford Bridge, though, and his form during the 2019-20 campaign has been widely criticised.

The 25-year-old has only kept six clean sheets in 31 appearances for Frank Lampard's side during the current season, conceding 43 times in the process.

According to Bleacher Report, Chelsea are considering placing Kepa on the transfer list this summer with Burnley's Nick Pope being mentioned as a possible replacement.

Lampard was critical of his goalkeeper's distribution following Tuesday's 2-2 draw with Arsenal, admitting that the Spaniard "took too long" with his feet.

Experienced Argentine Willy Caballero is currently back-up to Kepa at Stamford Bridge.
