John Terry to leave Chelsea for Fenerbahce?

Chelsea captain John Terry is a transfer target for Fenerbahce, according to a report.

Fenerbahce are reportedly looking to sign Chelsea captain John Terry.

The 34-year-old, who is out of contract at Stamford Bridge next summer, has not been an automatic starter for the Blues this season, with manager Jose Mourinho preferring Kurt Zouma at centre-back.

Terry was named among the substitutes for the Champions League defeat in Porto on Tuesday night, with Zouma and Gary Cahill starting as the two centre-backs.

Fener have made high-profile signings from the Premier League recently, with both Robin van Persie and Nani leaving Manchester United to join the Turkish club.

According to The Guardian, they have had a long-standing interest in Terry and could offer the former England international a contract in January under the Bosman ruling.

Terry has played 670 times for Chelsea since making his debut in 2000, scoring 65 times.
