Felipe Melo reveals fondness for Liverpool and Chelsea

Galatasaray midfielder Felipe Melo reveals a fondness for both Liverpool and Chelsea and says that he would be open to a move to the Premier League.

Galatasaray midfielder Felipe Melo has claimed that he would be open to a move to the Premier League after revealing a fondness for Liverpool and Chelsea.

The defensive-minded Melo thinks that his style of play would suit England's top flight, and admitted that he is a big fan of Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho.

He told Sambafoot: "I am a warrior, the English like that. I have been approached by English clubs when I played at Juventus.

"I don't close the door and if an offer arrives and it is good for me and Galatasaray, why not? I love Chelsea because I'm a big fan of Jose Mourinho and I appreciate Liverpool because they have great fans."

Melo has 22 caps for Brazil.
