Report: Monaco want Gael Kakuta

A report claims that Monaco want to sign Chelsea's on-loan winger Rayo Vallecano, who currently represents Rayo Vallecano.

Monaco are reportedly interested in signing French attacker Gael Kakuta.

The 23-year-old is still contracted to Chelsea, but he has had six separate loan spells after failing to make the breakthrough at Stamford Bridge.

The Frenchman has been on loan at Rayo Vallecano this season and his performances for the La Liga outfit have drawn a host of attention from across Europe.

According to France Football, Monaco are one of the clubs monitoring the midfielder, with a view to making a move at the end of the season.

Valencia are also believed to have an eye on developments, but a return to France is said to appeal to Kakuta.
