Marc Wilmots: 'Eden Hazard should consider joining Paris Saint-Germain'

Marc Wilmots believes that Eden Hazard would improve if he elected to move to Paris Saint-Germain.

Belgium manager Marc Wilmots has suggested that Eden Hazard would benefit from joining Paris Saint-Germain in the near future.

Chelsea's attacking midfielder has been repeatedly linked with a move to the French club in recent weeks, and his national team coach believes that playing alongside Zlatan Ibrahimovic would bring out the best in the 23-year-old.

"It's an opportunity to be taken into serious consideration if he wants to be part of the category of players who make the difference," Wilmots told members of the French media.

"It's time to raise his level. Hazard and Ibrahimovic are two different players, but highly complementary."

Hazard is expected to be out of action for the next two weeks with a calf injury.
