Wolfsburg have reportedly thrashed out an £18m deal for Chelsea winger Kevin de Bruyne.
The 22-year-old has made just six appearances in all competitions this season and his future has been up for debate.
Blues boss Jose Mourinho hinted that the Belgian international was not part of his plans at Stamford Bridge, although he warned that he will not be sold cheaply.
According to The Mirror, the Blues were demanding £25m for the former Genk midfielder, who impressed during a loan spell with Werder Bremen last season.
However, Wolfsburg stood firm at their valuation and appear to have landed their man.
