Dijon have taken a giant leap towards survival with a 2-0 victory at home over Caen.

Koro Kone settled the home side's nerves after 20 minutes before Younousse Sankhare made sure of the points with 20 minutes left.

Victory means Dijon climb to 13th in Ligue 1 and are now five points clear of the drop zone with nine games remaining.

Caen hover just one point above Nice, who drew 1-1 at home with Marseille yesterday.
