Free agent Danijel Pranjic admits that he would be extremely interested in completing a move to Everton this summer.

Danijel Pranjic has admitted that he would be "honoured" to join Everton this summer.

Boss David Moyes is said to be a big admirer of the 31-year-old, who is a free agent following his release from German club Bayern Munich.

Having seen a move to Merseyside fall through in January, the Croatian international has revealed that he would be extremely interested in completing a switch to Goodison Park this time around.

"I am honoured that such a successful coach wants to sign me, and would be honoured to play for a club like Everton with such a rich history," said the midfielder.

"We were very close to completing a deal in January, but then Bayern prevented it going through. I can't say that everything is finished, but next week I'm expecting some concrete developments."

Pranjic has also been linked with teams in the Netherlands, Russia, Turkey, France and Italy.
