Report: Everton join Marko Grujic race

A report claims that Everton are also in the running to sign Red Star Belgrade's 19-year-old midfielder Marko Grujic.

Everton have reportedly joined a host of fellow Premier League clubs in the race to sign Red Star Belgrade youngster Marko Grujic.

The 19-year-old, who has also been linked with the likes of Chelsea and Manchester United, came through the academy at his current club.

The midfielder is closing in on 30 league appearances for Red Star and it is understood that his recent performances have drawn a host of attention.

According to the Daily Mail, Everton have made an enquiry after a favourable report was returned from the club's chief scout Kevin Reeves.

Grujic is currently contracted to his Serbian team until the summer of 2018.
