Fulham are out of the Europa League after a dramatic 2-2 draw at home to Odense.
The result at Craven Cottage means that the Premier League side have finished third in Group K, with FC Twente and Wisla Krakow progressing to the knockout stages.
The hosts went ahead after 26 minutes when Clint Dempsey fired in to the near post following Bobby Zamora's first-time layoff.
They doubled their lead three minutes later after Kerim Frei slotted through the goalkeeper's legs from Moussa Dembele's through ball.
The Danes got themselves back into the match just after the hour when Hans Henrik Andreasen hit his free kick around the wall and past debutant Neil Etheridge in the Fulham goal.
The equaliser came with the last kick of injury time when Djilby Fall headed in Espen Ruud's cross to leave the home crowd stunned.
